Kakudam takes pride in offering premium organic dairy products, including Ahinsa Gir Cow A2 Milk and hand-churned Vedic Bilona Ghee.

• Natural Variations: Because our products are completely natural and seasonal, slight variations in color, texture, and flavor may occur. For example, the golden yellow color of our ghee is a natural result of the Gir cow's biology, and consistency may change with the seasons.

• Health Disclaimer: While our products are deeply rooted in traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and support overall health, immunity, and well-being, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease. Information provided on this website is for educational purposes and should not substitute professional medical advice.

3. Pricing, Payments, and E-Commerce

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (like GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion without prior notice.

• Yield & Value: Our pricing reflects the traditional, labor-intensive methods we use. For instance, creating our Vedic Bilona Ghee requires extensive time and large volumes of pure A2 milk, which is factored into our product valuation.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

• Perishable Nature: Dairy products are perishable goods. Therefore, we do not accept returns on milk, ghee, or other food items once they have been dispatched or delivered, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.

• Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund assessment.
